Kelly Holland

Kelly is a Patient Care Coordinator as well as the Social Media and Marketing Director for Park Plastic Surgery. Kelly was born and raised in Red Oak, NC and graduated from Northern Nash High School in 2007, with honors. Kelly went on to become a Certified Medical Assistant in 2008 and began her career in the medical field. After working in the medical field for nearly 10 years, Kelly went back to school and double majored in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice at Liberty University. It didn’t take long for Kelly to realize that the medical field was her passion and calling, so she returned and joined our team in August of 2022.

It is Kelly’s goal to continuously strive to learn from the team at Park Plastic Surgery, learning every aspect of the field. Ultimately, Kelly hopes to train to become a Surgical Tech in our office, adding to the plethora of hats she wears. She believes that one person should never limit their abilities, goals and dreams- striving to work hard and commit to being a better person than the day before.

Together, Kelly and her husband Austin share four sons, who undoubtedly keep life very busy.

Dawn Doss

At Park Plastic Surgery, Dawn Doss is a Patient Coordinator and Medical Assistant. Dawn graduated from Northern Nash Senior Highschool in 1998. After marrying in 1999, she and her husband had 2 sons, and then moved to eastern Arkansas in 2009. In 2013, in her desire to see people healthy and happy, Dawn became a Certified Functional Health Coach. In 2014, she and her family returned home to NC. Dawn remained a stay at home mom until she joined the Park Plastic Surgery team in 2021. Her interests in aesthetics is ever growing. She hopes to always learn and expand her knowledge here at Park Plastic Surgery.

Susan Keeter Everette, RN, MSN, FNP – BC

Susan Everette received her family nurse practitioner training and her master’s degree in nursing at East Carolina University. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Susan is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International, the international honor society for nurses. She has provided patient care for plastic surgery patients since 1995 and has worked exclusively with Dr. Park since 1997. Ms. Everette specializes in skin care, laser hair reduction, diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant skin lesions, spider veins, keloids, acute traumatic soft tissue repairs, and chronic wound management. She also provides preoperative and postoperative care and assists Dr. Park with many surgeries.

Laura Bastian, RN, BSN, CPSN

Laura Bastian is a registered nurse who earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Edgecombe Community College and her bachelor’s degree from Barton College. She has cared for plastic surgery patients since 1996 and has worked with Dr. Park since 2000. Ms. Bastian received certification in plastic surgery nursing from the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses in 2003.
